KiReels is a video, shorts, and music streaming and social content platform that lets users create, upload, view, share, and interact with short videos, long-form videos, live streams, music, podcasts, radio, and social feeds.

If you purchase coins, subscriptions, or rentals, or receive virtual gifts or creator payouts, we and our payment processors collect transaction records, wallet balances, and (where required for payouts or tax compliance) identity-verification information submitted through our creator verification process.
We share information with trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, push notifications, live-streaming infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing. These providers currently include Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications), GetStream (live video infrastructure), OneSignal (notifications), and payment processors such as Apple/Google in-app purchases, PayPal, Razorpay, Paytm, and Flutterwave, depending on your region. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us.
Your username, profile information, public videos, live streams, comments, and other public interactions are visible to other users and, where public, to visitors of the Service.
We may disclose information where required by law or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect user safety, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms and Conditions.
If KiReels is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy that provides at least equivalent protection.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Purchases of subscriptions, coin/wallet top-ups, and rentals are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, or third-party payment gateways (PayPal, Razorpay, Paytm, Flutterwave, or similar, depending on your region), each of which has its own privacy policy governing the payment data it collects.
On the web, KiReels uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic and usage trends, and improve performance and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features.
Content shared through live streams, short videos, long videos, comments, and reactions may be visible to other users according to your privacy and visibility settings. We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the Service, provide features you have used, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Deleted content and accounts may remain in backups for a limited period before permanent removal.
